If you place your order on weekdays before 10:00 PM, you will receive it at home the next day.

For orders that fit through the mailbox, the shipping cost is €2.95. For standard shipments within the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €6.95.

SHIPPING TO BELGIUM

For orders that fit through the mailbox, the shipping cost is €4.20. For standard shipments within Belgium, the shipping cost is €11.75.

RETURNS

Every order is made, packed, and shipped with great care and attention. However, if you are not satisfied, it's unfortunate, but there is no problem in returning your product.

You have the right to cancel the product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

Please check if your product meets the conditions: – It must be undamaged. – It must be returned in the original packaging.

1. Send an email to [email protected] indicating which products from which order you will be returning.
2. Pack the items in the original packaging.
3. Send the items to the return address.
4. Stamp the package and take it to a PostNL, DHL, or UPS service point.
5. The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense.
6. Once we have received your return package, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 7 days.
